  We hope you are satisfied with all of your purchases but if you ever need to return an item, you can do so within 28 days from the date shown on your dispatch note.

  For hygiene reason, once the seal has been opened on fashion face masks, cosmetics or pierced jewellery, these items can no longer be returned. We please ask you try on swimwear and lingerie over your own underwear and ensure to keep the seal intact.
