We're sorry to hear that you've received an incorrect or faulty item.
To return the item please follow the below steps:
1. Go to our returns portal at here. Follow the onsite instructions, you will need your order number and email address.
2. Repack items with all the tags still attached, ideally in its original packaging. Please remember to include a copy of your Delivery Note.
3. We use eParcel Return to handle your return and the service costs $8.49. Payment can be made with a credit card or Paypal.
4. Print and attach your returns label and take your parcel to your nearest locker, streetbox, PUDO or Post Office keeping your proof of return.
5. Once we have confirmation of your parcel from eParcel Return we will issue your credit, typically this happens within 2 weeks.
