Please note, only Boohoo items can be returned using the Returns Portal, Boohoo partnered brand items must be returned via the third party's returns process.

Repack your items

No packaging, no problem! Just pop your items in something non see-through, sealable & waterproof.

Login to our returns portal

You will need your order number and email address/post code.

Select your preferred return option

Print returns label at home.

Once you have processed your return in the portal, you're ready to post it off

You'll get an email once we receive your returned item.

Returns FAQs

Refunds will usually be processed in as little as 5 to 7 days, from you dropping your parcel off, + your banks handling time.

If you paid for your order with a gift card, store credit or a voucher, a replacement to the value of the refund will be issued.

We’ll be sure to keep you updated and send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and again when we have processed your refund.

If you use your own method of return, rather than the returns portal, this could take up to 21 days to process and refund.

There will be a charge for returning the item to us at a fixed amount of $15 which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. You'll then receive a full refund minus the cost of $15 for returning the item. Please use a trackable service and keep your proof of postage receipt until after your refund is processed.
